Welcome to Surreal Strains.com! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, surrealstrains.com, and the purchase of our THCA pre-rolls and hemp-derived products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Legal Compliance & Eligibility

2018 Farm Bill Compliance: All of our products comply with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill) and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.
Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement.
State Restrictions: While hemp-derived THCA products are federally legal, some states have restrictions. It is your responsibility to check your local and state laws before purchasing. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate state laws.
No Resale: Our products are for personal use only. Any resale or redistribution is prohibited.

2. Product Disclaimer

2018 Farm Bill Compliance: Our products are hemp-derived and federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. However, some states have restrictions on THCA products, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review local laws before purchasing.
FDA Compliance: Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Lab Testing: All products undergo third-party lab testing to verify cannabinoid content and compliance with federal regulations. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request.
Use at Your Own Risk: We are not responsible for any effects or consequences that result from using our THCA pre-rolls. Consult a physician before use, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
Drug Testing Disclaimer: Although our products are federally legal, consumption of hemp-derived cannabinoids may result in a positive drug test for THC. We are not responsible for any employment or legal consequences resulting from the use of our products.
Driving & Machinery Warning: THCA products may be intoxicating. Do not operate vehicles, heavy machinery, or perform tasks requiring alertness after use.

3. Orders, Shipping & Returns

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to states where THCA or hemp-derived cannabinoids are restricted. If an order is placed from a restricted location, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a refund.

Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship THCA products to the following states: Arkansas (AR), Hawaii (HI), Minnesota (MN), Nevada (NV), Oregon (OR), Rhode Island (RI), and Vermont (VT). We will also not deliver to Greenville, SC

Any orders placed from these states or counties will be canceled and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage customers to check their local laws before purchasing.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Shipping Liability: Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, Surreal Strains LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If an issue arises, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

4. Payment & Billing

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PayPal.
You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Any discrepancies may result in order cancellation.
Chargebacks & Fraud: If a chargeback is filed after a legitimate purchase, we reserve the right to ban the customer from future purchases and take legal action.

5. Liability & Indemnification

By purchasing our products, you agree that Surreal Strains LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or legal consequences resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our website and products.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Surreal Strains LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of our website and purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
